TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Admission form must be filled in with due care by the parents/Guardian. Any change in address or mobile number should be informed to the school.
2. Alpha International Mission School would provide IIT Foundation classes for students of classes I to X which is optional and no additional fee required.
3. Any misbehavior/misconduct by the student /parents/ guardian will lead to rustication of the student without any prior notice.
4. Please make sure that you attend the meeting in person to interact with the teachers concerned. We look forward to your valuable suggestions, so that all of us together bring out effective and productive overall changes to scale new heights.
5. School management is authorized to make any of the following changes in transport without prior notice to the parents.(i)Change in pick-up and drop timing. (ii)Change in pick-up and drop points. (iii)Change in Bus/Van.
6. The school management is not responsible for any kind of inconvenience, such  as delay in delivery of transport, damage of goods etc., caused by any of the external vendors.

DECLARATION

1.   We acknowledge that this application does not automatically admit our child to AIMS School. AIMS School reserves the right to make a final decision with respect to admission.

2.   We acknowledge that, should his application be accepted, our child and we (her/his parents or guardians) undertake to abide by the policies and regulations of AIMS School and we understand that in serious instances of breach like, damage to school property, bodily harm to another students/teacher, our child may be asked to leave the school.

3.   We acknowledge that, upon acceptance of this application we agree to pay the total fee as applicable and abide by the billing options outlined in the fee schedule as informed by the school from time to time.

4.   We acknowledge that if our son/ward coming school without using school transport, it is our duty to pick-up and drop our son/ward on school time. School will not responsible for any kind of losses. School will not have any responsibility after school closure.

5.   School management reserves the right to stop the transportation without any prior notice or intimation if fee dues are not cleared in time.
